教师专业发展研究的现状及趋势The Present Situation and Trend of Teachers' Professional Development Research

摘要(Abstract):
在综述教师专业发展相关文献的基础上,围绕"工具性""主体性""生态性""有效性"的教师专业发展观展开分析探讨,可以发现当今国外对于教师专业发展研究的新趋势主要聚焦于"有效教师专业发展"这一主题。国外的研究不仅有了比较成熟的、可以借鉴的概念,而且有比较成熟的研究概念框架及相应的实证研究。这对我国更好地开展教师培训,制定更加符合我国教师专业发展的政策,以及我国刚刚起步的"有效教师专业发展"的研究具有重要的启示和指导价值。
